Welcome to another instalment of A Groovy Enlightened Life Podcast featuring coach, Ali Williams.
An inspiring story of taking responsibility for one’s life and how the practice of self-love and self-acceptance lead to healing breast cancer.
Ali takes us on her journey through learning how to accept herself as she was, taking small steps every day of self-love and living in the now which ultimately lead her to discover her passion of coaching others on the same journey and the creation of the Self Love Project.
In this episode Ali Williams and I discuss:
- Ali’s journey through trauma and breast cancer
- Learning to take responsibility for herself led her to discover her passion for coaching others
- Learning how – and now teaching others how – to accept herself as she is, put herself first, and live in the now

“It’s okay not to be doing what everybody else is doing. Just find that thing that resonates with you, that aligns to you, that works.” – Mya Joseph
“Do something. Start with something you can cope with every day. And then you build upon that. And you build upon that. And you build upon that.” – Ali Williams
