In this episode I explore the concepts of 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 and how they show up in our lives.
I share my thoughts and experiences of how being and doing are misinterpreted and ways to explore being and doing in your own life. And part way through I fell into coach mode and delved into exploring with you “why you do what you do”, and “who you do that thing for”.
I discuss:
- How we have been considering “being and doing” from the perspective of our mental aspect of being.
- How we need to have a more experiential understanding of what is means to be, in our lives.
- How we do not have to Stop Doing and that Being does not mean that you are procrastinating.
