Adjusting To A New Way Of Being

Recently, we have all been invited to take a good look at how we are living in the world. We’ve received the ‘time out’ we needed to shift from our unconscious patterns of living into consciously creating together.

At the moment, there is a lot of energy flux and tension for those still finding their feet and being challenged to make big changes in their lives. Being called to live a more conscious life, to reconnect to Source, to live more in alignment to your true nature can sometimes bring fear, guilt, shame, and blame.

You see, when you wake up to realise the fundamental connection we have with all beings – you start to reflect on what you have been doing unconsciously up to this point. This can bring up many emotions, particularly guilt.

Guilt that you have taken so long to recognise your connection, that you have lived a life you may not be proud of, that you have unconsciously believed in something all your life – only to realise it was an illusion.

I want you to know that it’s okay. You are not alone in this.

Choosing A New Path

We have all had a mirror thrown up in front of us, to take a good hard look at our lives and have been invited to choose. To choose a different path or continue on the same one.

You may get stuck at this point, choosing between the comfort of how you lived before to something unknown and perhaps a little scary. This is the tension back and forth as you find your own rhythm in the dance of life.

Remember that we are not here to dance the same dance but to each experience our own version of life in our unique expression. And there is no right or wrong choice, no matter what anyone says or attempts to convince you of.

Seek the Silence And Just Be

When you quieten the chatter in your mind, you can often sense more clearly what is going on for you and uncover clarity to move forward.

How Does It Feel In Your Body?

Your connection to your physical form can help uncover what is right or wrong for you. It can serve you to understand if you are living in alignment with your true nature or not.

For instance, if something feels heavy or hard, hot or cold, if you feel angry, sad, happy. All these feelings, sensations and emotions are indicators of what is going on for you.

Identify What You Don’t Want

Often when we are seeking an answer we over analyse, we find it difficult to pinpoint the thing we do want.

So another way to look at it is to find the things you don’t want in your life and seek to stay true to that. The more things you release and remove from your life, the clearer it may be for you to uncover what you do want.
